Kandy’s cultural capital explored in a full day timed around the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic’s evening puja ceremony – when drums and incense fill the outer courtyard with an atmosphere unchanged across centuries. The day extends through the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya, the lakeside artisan quarter, and the Kandy Lake walk at dusk. An optional evening Kandyan dance performance is available as an extension.
